Racist remarks were spray-painted in the California house where a Brooklyn-raised Marine and his wife were tortured and killed - allegedly by four other Marines.


The words "N----- Lover" were found on the wall near the master bedroom and on a bathroom mirror, Riverside County Homicide Investigator Benjamin Ramirez testified Friday.
The bombshell revelation that the double murder of Sgt. Jan Pawel Pietrzak and his wife, Quiana, could have been a race crime came at the start of a two-day hearing to determine if four Camp Pendleton Marines will stand trial.


Pietrzak, 24, was white and his 26-year-old wife was black. The four suspects are black.
After the Pietrzaks were found slain in October, prosecutors said robbery was the motive - not race.
Prosecutors were expected to ask Ramirez - when he returns to the stand Friday - whether the killed scrawled the hateful words to make detectives think it was a hate crime.


Earlier, Ramirez gave a horrific description of the scene he encountered when he arrived at the Pietrzaks' ransacked home in Temecula, Calif.
As Ramirez testified, the mothers of the slain couple - Henryka Pietrzak-Varga and Glenda Faye Williams-Jenkins - wept bitter tears. The four Marines sat stone-faced.


Quiana was found leaning against a couch with red duct tape covering her eyes and gunshot wounds to her head and right side, Ramirez said.
An orange vibrator used to violate her was between her legs, the investigator said.
Pietrzak was found leaning against his wife, his face, wrists and ankles bound with red duct tape. He had been shot in the right cheek and there was blood "almost covering her entire face," Ramirez said.
Ramirez said police found two sofa cushions that they believe were used to muffle the gunshots - as well as evidence the killers tried to cover their tracks by setting a small fire.


But the Marines left behind footprints that tied them to the crime, Ramirez said.
The accused Marines - Pvt. Emrys John, 18; Lance Cpl. Tyrone Miller, 20; Pvt. Kesuan (Psycho) Sykes, 21; and Pvt. Kevin Cox, 20 - have all pleaded not guilty. They face the death penalty if convicted.
Pietrzak was a helicopter mechanic at Miramar Marine Corps Air Station in San Diego. John and Miller worked for him.
The Pietrzaks were murdered after the shotgun-toting Marines burst into their home, cops said.


The killers tied up and tortured the couple. They violated Quiana repeatedly. Then John shot them both in the head, police said.
Pietrzak's mother has told the Daily News she wants the suspects put to death, if they are convicted.
"They will get as much sympathy from me as they gave my son and my beautiful Quiana, which is none," said Henryka Pietrzak-Varga, who lives in Bensonhurst.
"For what they did, for what they took from us, let them pay with their lives."

Dig a little deeper. Not only are the accused Marines themselves, they committed the heinous acts against fellow Marines, then freaked out on their own ethnicity. So how did these guys pass the screening to become Marines??? One person snapping and becoming a freak job I can understand that, but all of them.

Co-sign.Every race has it's racists although some say that black ppl can't possibly be racist because they are a minority or the oppressed ones or someth like that but hating someone based only on skin color it's racism no matter the parties involved.
