    ^^ I hear you but this case has gotten some national attention from the media (though not nearly as much as it deserved by comparison to Mike Brown who was killed five days later this month last year . . . and was a MUCH more culpable)

    The good news is that AG Loretta Lynch responded to our outcry on twitter and visited with John's family in Ohio earlier this year and has promised them that she will stay on top of this federal prosecution inquiry. I feel that John's death could have happened to just about any of us shopping at Wal-Mart in Ohio which is an open carry state anyway :smt013
