That's the stupid question,to be honest! You don't judge country's by their names.."Oh Iceland,must be cold and boring" And no we don't lose alot of money cause Iceland is a known place for tourism people,and we have alot of people from another country's here,and many of them moved here for good and some are just working and going back cause our money worth is high.

If i were you i would start picking up a book or something because it sounds like you don't know much about other country's and places,NO OFFENCE.

 

Haha,yeah that is true It's really nice and i have heard from many many black people and just all people that come here,that they really enjoy being here cause it's so relaxed and good place to rase kids.
And alot of black men had not gone back to the states because,they got a good job here and our money is double when you take it to the states.And then of course the women,we LOVE US some black men...And then just how peaceful it is...

Such as ireland, greenland,iceland, and all those small places, where you'll never catch a black man there. Unless he has no choice but to be there.


I don't know if it's boring there or not, but if all iceland really has to offer to younger people is pretty blond girls and parties, then I would say it is. North American cities have that and more. You've lived there your whole life, so offcourse it isn't boring to you.

As for picking up a book, I rather not. I learn more from word of mouth or experience. I don't really like reading books to begin with. So you must b on crack if you think I'll start reading about about a country called iceland.


So teacher MJ, teach me about your country. What language do they speak, what's the population,etc? Convince me to come to your country oneday.

 

The country of Iceland is in EUROPE.

And the name is a MISNOMER; The founding fathers named it so, to keep the potential invaders the hell away..

I've been living in Miami for 20 years and interracial dating is kind of hard. Women are not really pursuing blackmen because Miami is mostly hispanic. (Cubans) perfer dating with in there race and so does mommy and daddy. What makes things worse is that black women down here perfer to date white men or hispanics so its a double wammie.

First there are a limited amount of white women in Miami and then most of them are ready have implanted in there minds they want to date a "Hot white guy" or a "spicy latin"

I don't live in the university areas like UM or Florida U. But most college would have a decent amount of IR do to the fact that people are plucked from all parts of the U.S.

Iam glad its not like that over here, I guess in pensacola,fl there are people who wants to date BM but 1 of 2 things possibly 3 things will happend.. 1 parents wont allow it, 2, friends and stuff might not approve or 3 just plain out scared about something like that since its still alittle taboo in todays time even though IR relationships is still increasing.. its not that you cant find a WW, but a decent ONE perhaps... I consider this as like in sea life and your the fisherman its all about timing and if you have what it takes to catch the right fish.

 

Miami is different

I saw the post from the woman from Iceland and I have to say that the State of Florida, apart from South Florida, Orlando and Tampa/St. Petersburg is pretty much a cultural wasteland. Much of the northern end of the state functions like the Deep South during Reconstruction. I've been in Miami working as a consultant and doing some research for about a year and a half now and have seen a great deal of interracial relationships. However, the groups that intermarry or date tend to be African-Americans w/ Puerto Ricans/Jamaicans/other West Indians and also with some white U.S. nationals. "White" Cubans (the wealthy ones who split with the money when Castro took over) often have a lot of racist bias and tend to date each other or with other Latinos who self-identify as white (Argentinean, Chilean).

The white U.S. citizens here often appear to me to be very open to African-Americans and I've often been in the uncomfortable position of having a white person attempting to confide their anti-Latino bias to me as a U.S.-born black man, thinking I'll go along with it. At least until they hear me speaking Spanish with my wife. Give South Florida a try. It's no paradise, but it's definitely better than the rest of the South (w/ the exception of Atlanta maybe).

Yes, I am still here; just lurking. Sorry for the late reply, for I have been busy with moving. Yes, I have made it out of Pensacola, FL. I can't give my exact location, but I will tell you that it is in another state north of Pensacola. I got fed up with the lack of well paying jobs ($20,000 to 30,000 salary computer jobs), dating, etc., so I left. Things really are better outside of Pensacola.

 

If you have an information technology/computer related degree, around the philly area, you can easily make double...

i know places are always hiring for IT specialists and the sorts

 

Well I know here in Cali, IR relationships are VERY popular.

In the north and the south.

As far as mid-Cali, well, I haven't really been there too long. They don't matter anyways. jk jk.

Come to the west. You won't regret it.

I can agree with you in things are better outside of pensacola, job rate sucks down here...the woman is meh atleast the ones I have seen, I will probably move myself not to long from now maybe if things dont pick up...
