ahahahahahahah I laugh in the face of online rudeness! Awesome post Brotha Ajax!

Mr Pacifism sure gets violent when confronted with a strong woman. Methinks tremendous insecurity and 18th century paternalistic tendencies cloud his view of reality.

:smt045 Bullseye. Athena, I've just been cosigning you all over the place. Glad to see you back. :-D

  3. Tsk, and tsk again. Manufactured 'triumph' in the face of the glaring opposite, classic symptom of the delusional mindset so prevalent in your little sewing circle.

Seems I've gained the goodwill of a woman of substance. Fret not GG, one day you too could bag a decent fellow! Perhaps he could go to the effort of writing you a story about how he once, long before meeting you, got arrested and escaped from the pen to be with you.

    :)

Ah, I nearly forgot, someone quote this - hate to break it to you BA, you've been on my 'Ignore' list a while, you've wasted a lot of brain cells for nothing. And you'l have to burn them a damn sight faster if you hope to ever come off it, kid.

LOL, yes, maybe we should split the crown.
One for the one that has no clue he is offensive and abusive and whine and threatens when he gets resistance.

and another one for intentionally stirring the pot:)

    Heeeeyyyy BMJ

What makes you think that's not a common goal FG?

And as for having no clue, JB is many things, but I assure you that clueless as to precisely how he will be interpreted is not one of them. I suspect he gives things more consideration than we realize, and then does whatever suits him anyway. In fact, I'd put money on it.

I didnt say he was clueless.
The man is clearly not stupid, and clearly wants to push the buttons.

However, there is still a part of him that dont get it and I think there is evidence all over the board for that.
The tendecies to verbally abuse people for no good reason and then whine when he gets neg reps is just one example of several (although I dont condone anonyomus bad reps). Poor self-insight.
He has gone way too far in some of his comments that do not fall into intentionally pushing buttons - one was the comment about someone that had been raped, he should have been thown off for that alone.

I know exactly what he is trying to do when he gets verbally abusive with me, but I dont fall for that... and Im waiting for the next one now:)

Had I seen that post, he would have been thrown off for sure.

As for Jaybee, this is how he operates: he finds the woman he thinks is the most powerful on the board (right now it's Espy) and sucks up to her.

So, he posted that obnoxious post and when she replied to it in kind, he switched gears and started sucking up to her. I've been watching him do it all over the board, since he joined and started posting.

Unfortunately, I saw it. I didn't have time to reply when it was first posted. When I came back later to respond, it was gone. I wish I would have reported it when it happened, which is now what I'm doing when he is rude, sexist or racist in his postings. I'm trying to follow Webbie's rules. :smt083 Responding to him is pointless. It is a total waste of time and energy.

This is why I dont have him on ignore anymore as he has surpassed any and all lines. Ignoring him doesnt solve anything. If it were someone that were just annoying, sure. In this case, nope - He is the only one I put in this category.

I want to make it clear I dont report stuff I dont agree on, Im objective.... If it goes to bullying/sexist/racist/verbal abuse - yes.

I saw it and responded but don't understand why he's still here. If all these women saw the post and some of the men too, and can verify he wrote that atrocious material, isn't that enough?

Nope. All you can do is continue to report any bad posts and hope that enough are reported that Webbie decides to remove him.

I also had him on ignore at one time, but I took him off for the same reasons. I also don't report posts that I just disagree with. I enjoy hearing different opinions from mine. It helps to open my mind to see things the way that other people see them, whether or not I agree. However, I refuse to tolerate posts that are made with the intent to personally attack one individual or a whole group of people.

I'm glad to know that it was reported because I didn't think it had been since he wasn't banned. I'm a little surprised that it was tolerated to be honest.

I didn't really know how the removal process worked. I'll keep doing my part and leave it in Webbie's hand.

Don't worry. I will. I trust Webbie will do what is best for the group.

Exciting. I'll go check my yahoo now. :D
