OMG!!!!! The Descent Sucked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Save your Money!

I do not recommend this movie to anyone! This was by far the most hyped up movie of the entire summer, and i actually fell for it. All of the critics, even Roger Ebert, gave it a rave reviews. :shock: What in the world were they smoking?? This movie was bad, bad, bad from start to finish, and it wasn't even scary! The villains were pathetic. They looked like little bald white guys with a bad makeup job. There was no plot, the acting was bad, and the ending was even worse (trust me). I love movies, so you can imagine how disappointed i am with this one! Please everybody, save your money on this movie. It isn't worth 10 seconds of your time. If you want to see a movie just like it, and that actually makes a little bit of sense, go to the video store and rent the Cave.

and, to add, don't listen to the critics. They usually have bad taste, and I suspect some bribery behind closed doors with them and these movie producers as well.



Usually, IF some celebrity critic recommends a particular movie, I don't intend to watch it, but if they think it's a piece of crap, I usually will give it a shot.



In most cases this method works, but certainly not all.

Hey dude I saw it too! it was alright ,but definitely was not what it was advertised to be and the ending was like WTF? and by the way don't you think the movie took long enough to get going, I mean DAMN!!!!!!!!!! lol they didn't get to the damn cave until 20minutes in!!!!!!

 

also it was still midly entertaining though.

 

It would have been entertaining IF: the monsters weren't sooooo pathetic, and IF the main characters (Juno and the other girl) weren't so DUMB. The last part at the end where the girl (SPOILER HERE) puts Juno out of commission even though they still have monsters to fight, and before either one of them knows the way out is just ridiculous. Why wouldn't you wait until both of you are out of the cave before you do that???? And why didn't she allow Juno to explain that it was just an ACCIDENT what she did to the other girl???Once you get out of the cave, stab her, and kick her butt all you want, but not while you still have monsters to fight for crying out loud. :roll: :roll:

 

well it was also Juno's fault for getting them into this mess anyway and I doubt the main girl (forget her name?) would have believed her. Also it is easier to simply kill her right then where her body will not be found, and I was also under the assumption at the end that she knew how to get out of the cave since she had become this bad ass warrior bitch now :lol: another thing about the movie I can't remember half these chicks names? lol
