O.J. is in jail for kidnapping. Two men were selling sports memorabilia. He went to the LVPD about it but I don't think that they believed him. Do he assembled a crew of guys to storm into the room to get his memorabilia e them. He should have gone to his attorney to speak on his behalf. But he chose to take matters into his own hands.

He told police at the time of his arrest it was a cut he got from golfing.
At minimum that's two conflicting stories.

The LAPD said the blood found in his Ford Bronco was a mixture of both Ron Goldman's and Nicole Simpson's blood.
That would have little to do with just the cut on OJ's hand.

Like I said, if this happened in today OJ would be done based off DNA evidence alone.

They found OJ's blood at the scene and the murder victims' blood in his Bronco. For most murder cases, that's a wrap.

How much a person can afford for a legal defense is really key to whether or not they receive a guilty verdict, whether or not they actually did it.

Most dudes in 1994 would have been found guilty for the murder of Nicole and Ron Goldman based on the physical evidence alone.

Calling his legal defense the 'Dream Team' was not an understatement.

His innocense was bought and paid for...

Barry Scheckman, a Lawyer for the innocense project testified for DNA evidence. Said the DNA was inconsistent and inconclusive, possibly tampered with. Casting doubt on the DNA blood of OJ's blood probabilities, the odds being lowered. One million to one as opposed to 1 billion to one odds that it is OJ's blood. Current technology probably would have determined it would be 1 trillion to one that the Blood mixture at the crime scene was someone else's other than Oj's. Barry was paid to cast doubt.

Henry Lee, forensic pathologist, usually testifies for the State to get a guilty plea was paid handsomely to testify for the defense on blood splatter evidence of blood drops found on Oj's Socks. "Something's wrong here!", He says.

    F. Lee Bailey, Famous Lawyer, also got big coin to drill Mark Furman about him ever saying the "N" word. Perjuring himself in court. How stupid can Furman be ? Being recorded for 9 years in the Furman tapes. You mean to tell me Furman forgot about ten years in his life?

OJ was in his 50's at the time...no need to start lying.

OJ had zero motive for killing Nicole or Goldman.

    OJ was 47 in 1994.

Does that look like a feeble old man to you??

A 60 year old inmate just beat the living crap out of child molester Jared Fogle.

Nicole was 5'5 and tiny. Ron Goldman was 6'1 and probably no more than 175#.

He didn't confront them both at the same time. It was an ambush.
He killed Nicole on the steps of her condo,( I could but won't post the crime scene photo).

Ron probably came out to see what was up then he got it.
OJ and Nicole had a dysfunctional relationship and I don't think he ever got over being divorced from her.

Nicole filed for divorce in 1992, something OJ never wanted.

So yeah, it's not a stretch that seeing her with another man a day after OJ was dumped by his GF Paula Barbieri was enough to make him lose it.

We have stories all the time in the DMV about women who try to leave abusive BF/husbands who end up dead.

We even had a safehouse on my block for battered women that more than once had its front AND back doors kicked in by psycho BFs.

I'm surprised FH you're one of those brothas who thinks OJ was framed for a crime he didn't commit.:smt105

    F. Lee Bailey, Johnnie Cochran and Robert Shapiro were three of the most successful, highly renowned criminal defense attorneys in the country.

    Their fees were their fees.
They didn't suddenly jack them up for OJ.
Those men didn't give a discount rate to anyone, which is why only the wealthy and famous could afford their services.

That's just such a strange line of discussion, that OJ had to overpay for his legal defense.

When you're the main suspect in a double homicide with no other suspects with your blood all over the crime scene, and in your truck and at your home, you shouldn't be worried about how much it costs to keep your butt off death row.

I wonder why they chose to prosecute OJ for Goldman and Nicole together...

They should have split the trials, and tried them separately. So after the Nicole acquittal. They would have another bite of the Apple.

Just imagine, if the verdict was guilty. Riots everywhere, worse than the "black Lives Matter"...

Nicole and OJ had a rekindling their romance (in Mexico) months before her murder...

Nicole ultimately chose not to rekindle their relationship and chose another, maybe Goldman...

After years of beating the crap out of Nicole...He couldn't take another rejection from her...70 % of murders from Domestic Violence is when the female tries to leave the relationship...Go with the Odds...

maybe OJ saw Goldman put the moves on Nicole and got into a jealous rage...

Ron Goldman was just in the wrong place at the wrong time...
