I don't recall hearing about this when he was in Russia a few months back.

 

Jesus. I hadn't seen this either. I'm actually very upset and embarassed about this.

 

If you look closely he seems to be introducing the man on his right to the men in line and not reaching for hand shakes.

 

Yeah, after seeing a better quality version and longer version of this video on Youtube, I'm inclined to agree.
