Nuclear situation in Japan

Now is the whole country of Japan affected? Or just most of the prefectures?

 

yes and no nearest to the plant yes but as far away as tokyo not so much but alot of U.S. citzens, dipolomats, and other government and public officals are being encouraged to leave

 

As long as Kyoto is safe, then I'm good. But keep us up-to-date.
