I know that is like looking for a needle in a haystack with Miami being one of the most superficial cities in the country.

But, I have hope.

You have a better chance at almost everything in broward in comparison to miami. If you can't speak spanish then you are going to have a hard time in miami dade. Visiting on weekends is a good idea but you have to know where to visit and know the type of people. Las olas is the place to be to find women and not mention to walk around looking at the beach.

 

research Las Olas Boulevard. That is where most of the young people party at the clubs.

Well I mean in culture but I understand what you mean with distance. The thing is it will be about culture. Broward is probably the most liberal of the counties in florida. You aren't going to run into some hard nosed people who carry bad views of people as often as miami. I'm not trying to trash miami but it just isn't what it use to be when I was growing up and there is now almost nothing there for you unless you want a high skilled job.

Las Olas is usually dead even on weekends with exception to a few spots... those being the Art Bar and if you stray off of Las Olas a bit spots like YOLO (though, I personally hate it), if you're willing to spend the money go to the W... it's always crowded but it's a good time.

If you don't mind the drive, WPB is much more happening than Las Olas.

 

I actually was applying for jobs down there for awhile. Sadly, I don't think it's going to happen. lol

What's your take on black and latin hook ups, you see that?

 

I see them a lot. But they're usually either one of two types: 1) both partners are "hood", much younger and kind of neighborhood-centric types, especially in Liberty City, Morningside, Opalocka etc. 2) the guy and girl model types, both looking fit and at the top of their game.

I didn't see a whole lot of regular folks (like my ex and I) around, but I'm sure they exist.

 

I remember when opalocka was nice or at least the mall. I don't know what happen. The same goes with miami in the 90's.

 

I second this. It's either one extreme or the other.
