    True. Most of the world seems to have accepted the unproven idea that there is no alternative that is possible.

    It's an unshakable held idea given that we humans are prone to superstition and the ideas which follows. To many, they need something to reassure their own existence and defining of one's purpose and meaning, and not realizing that the journey to finding oneself isn't through a belief already inscribed. Rather, it's the personal journey to come to terms with the world around you, but moreover, if you're willing to make the changes not just for yourself, but for the world, however minute it may be.

    I'm not implying that [secular humanism] is perfect. But, it has shaped the modern world into bettering our lives through many advances in intellectual though and of course, new ideas to allow us to carry forward.
