    Yes and no- Oarsch is ass.. but would I translate-it would mean something like; Hey great, I cannot believe!

    "Joah miie läckscht am Oarsch" is a phrase Bavarians use for a strong emotion..can be, if you are very surprised, impressed.. but if you change the intonation it also can be the expression of being very digusted or angry...
