That time is near and after playing the demo, I think it's good enough to buy this year.

Im a NCAA fan over MADDEN anyday (its too easy unless its on All Madden) and after the horrible 10 , I decided to download 11 to see if its worth playing. needless to say im getting the damn game :).

yeah i downloaded 10 and 11, and skipped over 10...

but 11 looks promising....ill be picking that up from EB tomorrow

time to get absorbed in the NCAA dynasty mode once more

    lol

oh yeah...you can also recruit online for your dynasty, which is a plus if you'd rather spend front-office time on your computer

    WTF?

What gives you that impression about their products?

Because EASPORTS has never really made their products better. They just make the same game as the previous year only with updated rosters.

Thus, it justifies comparing them to Nazi's?

EASports and Madden used to upgrade their games annually when they were in direct competition with NFL2K. However when EASports got the exclusive NFL license they began to get very lackadaisical with their software and we as consumers were forced to take what they gave us only because we wanted a decent pro-football game to play with real NFL teams and players.

That is until I chose to stop buying their products altogether.

2K sports won the game design battle, hands down, but just didn't have the liquid assets EA had in terms of exclusivity as you mentioned. IMO, NFL 2K was beyond Madden. EA football games are JUST getting stuff NFL2K5 had way back in '04, lol.

But hey, it's all business at the end of the day, and EA has mouths to feed...even if their creative directors suck shit.

SMH @ Me punching the air like trey in boyz in the hood because all madden is the fakest shit I ever seen. I'm dropping easy interceptions, late mysterious turnovers and my blocking defense is just stupid.

    F*** madden 2010

    SOCOM was the truth

SOCOM:4 is coming out for the PS3 this year, but it looks like they gave it the water-down, mainstream treatment. It looks like you have health regen and doesn't look as tactical and authentic as the past versions. One of the characters is a woman, and well authenticity just went out the door with that. Plus, the 'SEAL' team isn't actually one. It's composed of various special forces types from around the world, a la Rainbow Six.

    :p

This is exactly what happened to the Ghost Recon/Rainbow Six series. They used to be hardcore tactical ops, where you actually had to plan your way around maps and make the most out of your small team. Now it's just Run N Gun.

I think the campaign will have online coop like socom: combined assault for ps2, where four players did missions. You should expect the standard 16 or 24 player team deathmatch and stuff like that too.
