nba.com... Bryant only put in a brief appearance for Los Angeles, going scoreless on 0-for-3 shooting in a little more than six minutes of playing time. That wasn't enough to satisfy the crowd at the sold-out O2 Arena, which chanted ``Kobe, Kobe, Kobe'' during the second half. Bryant, who is still recovering from knee surgery in the offseason, answered with polite laughs on the bench, but the pleas had little effect on coach Phil Jackson. good job t-wolves, you're going to the nba finals! :smt101
With the NBA jump off starting tomorrow, I got the Laker show doing it again. Something to think about, Kobe has won MVP once in his career, HUH?
WOW what the phuck are the Celtics doing losing to the Cavs tonight??? They obviously played waaaaaay down to the competition, not a good look for them. DAMN!! they are going to punish my Knicks Fri...
I was LOVING last night. That was such a good game.... I can't understand the loss tonight. At least the Knicks won...
nice, so the all-star game and one of the nba final cities this year will share the same court. good marketing, nba.
I was a little sad to see that my Celtics aren't number one in the Eastern Conference anymore. I like Chicagos squad so I'm not fully mad...lol Boston held that spot for so long. I know many of you are Laker fans, but I'm just here to post my disappointment. I'm also mad that my Knicks went down a notch and Philly is above them...WTF? LOL Like people thought Melo would've helped them win more....lol Don't fix what ain't broken, right?
This thread became irrelevant after the Lakers decided to stop fucking around following the All-Star break. The Celts pissed on whatever chance they had of winning again by trading Perk, good job Ainge. If Boozer can be healthy through the playoffs, the Bulls are going to the Finals and will be defeated by my Lakers in six games. Call your bookies.
Damn, I guess Bryant & the Lakers are marching all the way. Bron Bron should be ashamed of himself after all the hoopla and drama to go to heat.
That Heat offense is anemic, too much Bosh on the perimeter or weak side instead of being on the box. If you have an elite power forward who's damn near 7 feet, his ass needs to be posting up opponents on the box! If I were Spoelstra, Bosh would constantly be on the strong side and never more than 15-16 feet from the basket. Bron needs to run the offense like he did in Cleveland as a point forward, while having Wade exclusively play the two guard spot.
