Sunday was isolation day I did isolation exercises for each body part. I do this one day a week. I don't really like isolation except used because they are hard on my joints. So that day I did curls leg extensions etc etc. Monday Alright here we go. This morning it was 15 min stair master Incline bench press to side jumps using flat bench Lunges to mountain climbers Clean and press to squat jumps. All these are sets of ten 30 seconds in between sets same as the other days.
15 minute stair master Overhead Dumbbell press to scissor jump lunges with weight across back Deadlifts to squat jumps Decline bench press Pull ups to dips (on both exploded and release bar)
Haven't posted as right nor I'm doing typical isolation routines this week. Arms legs etc etc. not much "magic" in those.
