I actually turned this one off... Spoiler ...once I realized they were getting back together too soon. I knew the movie had to end with them broken up for good, since there was too much time left for them to be coupling up again. It was an obvious fakeout. I'm insisting on wwbm happy endings these days lol I've never seen the ending but I know I'm right lol
I agree it was brilliant. Because it felt like a real relationship between two people that ended and both feeling its loss. Trying to figure out the complex aftermath. That was its my appeal go me. It was a mature and bittersweet examination of a couple going their separate ways knowing it was over but happy and thankful it happened. A good movie with an honest and heart felt ending
Fair enough. I see we like different stuff. But could you delete that thumbs down on my comment, my dude? People don't really do that around here
Sincere apologies, J hit by accident trying to do rhe smiley face (lol) button thanks to the small letters on my new phone. Tried to press it again to undo and didn't work. Just found the undo function now.
It's all good! Just gotta keep my clean streak going lol. And for the record, I agree about the realism and relatability of We Broke Up. Thing is, I just don't have time for a bad time lately lol
So finally got a chance to watch this and damn yeah never seen a Black Character like this in American Media. Smart, Suave, Desirable and a bit of a player bedding all shades of Women.
Just found a new movie on by Grindstone Pictures . . . @darkcurry U are probably not going to like it lol ~ "Private Property" starring Ashley Benson formerly of "Pretty Little Liars" and her troubled marriage to "SNL" alum comedian/actor Jay Pharoah. I cannot post the trailer tonight but this looks like an interracial thriller so hoping for some sexy angry IR make-up sex Damn Ashley looking very enticing in her black lingerie!!
I got you And I can tell I'm not going to like this movie either lol. I seriously doubt there's going to be any sexy IR action to speak of
This looks WILD AS HELL!! And I mean that in a very good way! But when I first heard about this movie with Idris and Tilda they made it seem like it had a romance in it between them. Maybe it still does though because we know how they love to leave IR between black men and white women out of the trailers.
