• Her sons tried to flee to a friend's house to avoid being targets, but before they could get there they were stabbed and burned by the mom's friend who'd previously murdered someone & gone to prison for robbing some kids at gunpoint for $45.
  
• the mom barely cares and literally said people should be grateful her sons are dead cuz if not, the murderer could have harmed their kids
• within 24 hours she tries to raise 100k for a funeral on gofundme, is spotted allover town acting happy, treating her crew to dinners and posting on fb how she's stress-free and gonna turn up
• She denies the gofundme on fb saying her parents had life insurance on the teens :francis:

the murder, Brice Rhodes
The mom claims he killed the kids after they witness him kill someone. I'll add his cliffnotes. I think I read he went to prison for child abuse, but I can't find the link.

 

here is the news story of it. another kid found the bodies, and the murderer positioned them hugging before he burned them



"LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS 11) -- Police have made two arrests in the case of the two teens found murdered near Shawnee park. Brice Jamar Rhodes is charged with two counts of murder, abuse of a corpse and a list of other charges. The juvenile is charged in connection to the murders. The police report details Rhodes' involvement in the May 22 double homicide on River Park Drive as well as his connection to a homicide dating back to May 4.

LMPD said Rhodes did not cooperate with their investigation and did not give police a statement. The juvenile did cooperate with police and gave them a statement. The arrest report said on May 4, Christopher R. Jones, was shot on S. 41st St. and later died at the hospital.

Police said, on May 22, that Rhodes stabbed the two teenaged victims multiple times, disposed of the bodies at 40th and River Park Dr. and then helped clean up the scene. The coroner’s office has released the identities of the double homicide victims as 14-year-old Larry Ordway and 16-year-old Maurice Gordon. The coroner’s office said they died from multiple blunt force injuries.

According to LMPD, they know where Ordway and Gordon were murdered, have processed the scene and will not reveal the location. The arrest report says Rhodes was arrested May 24 on West Jefferson Street and it's not clear at this point if police tracked him down or if he turned himself in.

Police said a school official at Olmstead Academy North helped them in identifying the teens from the sketches they released. After police released a sketch of the two victims, one woman claimed the boys were her sons. Marie Wren said they were both in the 8th grade at Olmsted Academy North and were set to graduate on May 26.

Wren says when she learned the gut-wrenching news, she was heart-broken over what she and the boys' teacher calls a senseless murder."

Her boys were only gone 5 days. Yeah that's too long but if you're a shitty parent anyway being away from home that long isn't a crisis.

What's shitty is she put her OWN children's lives at risk because of her lifestyle.

Being murdered because your mom owes a dealer money is horrific.

It sucks those two boys had literally no one from their family to help them.
If I was in some kind of bullshit when I was a kid where I thought my life was in danger, I know I had cousins, uncles and aunts who would have gotten me out of there.
