I was wrong on the unemployment numbers didn't realize unemployment in this country dipped so low but comparitively within each countrt the gap is, largest in the US and UK. So I'll revise it's similar in the UK but better in Canada

But if education is considered a major factor then UK is back in play

I woulda went with Gary Coleman but that's a good one too

Oh I dunno.......all of these studies concerning implicit bias, skin tones of blacks, african American vs black and shit coming out in the media that calls out white people on how they behave towards us

Racist may be too strong a word but something is definitely wrong

Also, there's the lack of some and 'not all' in the statement

Not all ww are inherently anything just like all black men aren't inherently stupid and violent

As much as I love the Stars and Stripes, he's right

We arguably have some of the best colleges in the world (which attract the best and brightest globally) but other than that the us has kinda always lagged behind everyone else in education

On the grade school side of things, no doubt. On the college side idk. An MBA from one of the top 20 US schools seems to garner respect everywhere. On the other hand. The Engineering and Tech schools look very good if you talking MIT, Duke, GA Tech, NC State, and the many good schools in CA, not to mention the some of the underrated ones that are doing big things in tech. Just wish I knew more about the colleges in Europe.

    Google is your friend:eek:

I know Cambridge and Oxford are top notch and highly marketed in pop culture but I don't know of any others

It's all good. Just a random curiosity, doubt I would try to apply to any. Too cold over there for me.

Pops dropped out of there. Shame of his family because they thought he was gonna be somebody. Instead dude knocked up a chick and had his second and third kids with her. Great school, I wanted to go there but that shit is harder to get into than Yale and I'm definitely not Yale material lol

    Lmao

Too bad ur not one of those legacy admissions (affirmative action for the wealthy) white kids :p

You know what's crazy is far more kids get into school because of legacies and parents working at the school than kids who get in because of aa but which one do people lose sleep over? Guess they'd rather see rich white kids skate by than a minority dare to try and improve themselves.

Yeah as soon as the white girl went to sue Texas (hook em horns!) over affirmative action, the internet lit her up over legacy admissions being generously fair to whites over blacks, who have a shameful history of disenfranchisement and oppression aka all things contributing to lack of legacies/donors

Hey don't let those pesky facts get in the way of some hate now
Not gonna lie it does make me feel good to know my kid may have a better chance of being a Husky cause his dad was one, but then again by the time the kids I have are college age that shit might not even exist. It might be a ton of virtual trade schools and local study groups which honestly makes far more sense and cost way less

After I went to penn state, the younger ones (cousins and shit) in my family followed

It feels cool to have a legacy like that and we as a people haven't really had that until recently
