Hope that gets me a 55k and benefits. I wonder if telling your employer youd rather pay your own insurance helps your chances

no idea but dont doubt the 'alumni network'

u should honestly look around to see where alum work at

definitely will help ur chances if they have a positive attitude towards their alma matter

plus that 55k job may be what u need just so that ur working period

then when u get ur weight up, you can move in-house or somewhere else with some experience under u

Thats the plan. Baby girl wants a new spot yesterday amd frankly so do I. My next stop is going to be securities which means more school but hopefully more money. Looks like I'll never know

Her idea that these women would NEVER be around men as smart as they were after they left college was incredibly arrogant..

If these Princeton graduates got jobs in top firms or companies (isn't that the reason you go to Prinston?), would they then be surrounded by morons in the work place?

    good point

in a way she's downplaying the future assignments of princeton grads

    nice catch on your part

    and yes..definitely arrogant

there are very intelligent people outside of the ivy league after all...but u know...damn elitist

yeah we can say arrogant or elitist but isnt it always something most or all people say marry someone who is your equal/compatible

um yeah but there are comparable minds outside of the ivy that rival them

to assume that...going to princeton automatically makes you better than everyone else is foolish

remember that admissions selection routinely passes over equally-gifted kids because there just aren't enough slots

so...from a sample pool of say...100 equally bright kids for 10 spots, 90 will be shut out

does that make that 90 less capable?

does the 10 that got in by chance become magically superior because the lottery rolled in their favor?

We all have different definitions. In my mind a man who is self supporting and does sweet s and simple things fpr me daily handles his business. As opposed to a dude with tobs of money who wants things his.way

Reading the article, this woman us encouraging nineteen year olds to focus on snagging a husband as opposed getting a education. That is tellin young women they can't be self sufficient

no one is really listening to her tho

many women are breaking away from the 'need' to have a man and are instead focusing on their own careers and shit

she's stuck in her time...shit is not even funny

Agreed. Having.a true partner who has your back is the key. Any relationship is,unhealthy if you look at what someone can dp for you as opposed to what you can create together

True but that teamwork element seems to be missing these days. I'd love to see it but it seems like we've bread an entire generation of people who either totally in it for themselves or too lazy to want to work together. Everyone wants to be a Michael Jordan and delegate no one wants to be Steve Kerr and help the team win.

Yup dude was a role player and hit some critical shots to help the Bulls win through the 90s but no one wants that, they want all the glory AND they want to win.
