Incredible. Although interracial marriage is legal today, it's sad that some people still meet resistance (socially speaking).

Do any of you anticipate resistance within your own family when you get married? I know some of my family will be displeased, especially my mom. I try to live my life in the open and the way I want to, but it's still troubling that I know my mom probably won't approve. Does anyone have a marriage story?

i am older so i would never receive that from my family, as they already know that i know clearly what is racist behavior and so , i would have to put it back on them. If they dont like racism put upon them then no racism should come from their mouths or their actions.

    plain and simple

On yahoo answers,85% of the questions on there about interracial relationships, are asked by white girls who are afraid to bring their black boyfriends home because their folks are racist.
I think everybody goes through this.

ByT86 I'm surprised some German women are scared of the reaction of German men when they date Black men. German women had been dating brothers since the first Black man came to Germany before they colonized parts of Africa.
