I don't doubt you at all my friend but I think that's a rarity and usually when it happens its a dude with a lot of money with hot wife which isn't all that surprising.

I go by what I normally see. Not saying your scenarios are impossible and can never happen just saying they are rare as hell which is why we're shocked when we see them. Its not the norm in fact like I said before its so rare that it actually surprises us.
