So, paniro, can we assume you are using steroids then? Just based on your answers??

Isn't that a pretty big assumption on your part, that those guys are using any drugs at all? IMO and experience it's also a huge generalization to suggest that most guys can't achieve a low level of body fat, especially in your 20's when your metabolism is high. I would argue exactly the opposite in the case of younger athletes. Besides there're a whole segment of bodybuilding dedicated to non-drug use that prove that's not true. I have seen guys in these contests who look incredible.

I believe that genetics, hard work and an understanding of nutrition are more important than drugs will ever be. But, that takes time and some people would rather take shortcuts.

I consider people who work out to achieve significant improvements in their bodies as athletes. They're simply athletes in a different sport.

The answer to your question about celebrity use of steroids and other drugs is simple, they are part of that group I mentioned, those who want to take shortcuts.

I didn't say that I could prove these guys weren't taking steroids. My question was whether you should just assume that others were, lacking any evidence, yes?

I can't argue that we have different experiences. I have been around weight lifters and bodybuilders for 20 years. I have competed personally in both arenas as a drug free athlete. I have also known many people throughout the years who have used steroids and other drugs. So, my comments are based on these experiences as well.
