Reporters discovered marijuana plants growing just outside Osama bin Laden's million-dollar mansion in Abbottabad, northwestern Pakistan this week. The marijuana plants were growing next to other crops including cabbages and potatoes, reported CNN's Nick Robertson. Lines of plants were growing in the dry fields all around the 16-foot-high concrete walls surrounding the compound where the al Qaeda leader was in hiding for five to six years. These illegal plants which have been growing undiscovered may have been used to ease the kidney problems Bin Laden has faced in recent years, according to Daily Mail.
