    The officer followed him...

    He's only 5ft tall...

    He has "Down's"...

    The officer open hand slapped him...

    not mention the*cough* "hidden weapon"/ colostomy bag...

    and so on...and so forth...

    Really Miami Dade police, really...they don't have anyithing better to do, it must have been really dark that night....
