Damn, I don't know how you can train the dog to be racist, but that's kinda fucked up, just runnin' up on it. I wouldn't do that to a dog just for barking at me. If it attacked me, call me the K-9 Kutter, but if it's just making noise. fuck it. Leave the annoying thing alone.
I don't believe a dog can be racist. It CAN react based on owner's body language. Anyway, what a prick for hurting an animal.
If the dog wasn't racist before he damn sure will be now. Also, if that had been my dog that jackass would have been dead. Just would have said he came it will the knife and I had to kill him. I mean look what he did to the dog. NOT GUILTY! Also those police dog would chew the shit out of a white person to if the handler told them to.
I doubt if the dog was placed in a home with a black family that liked dogs that he'd bat his remaining eye. That's from someone who's been around a lot of animals.
Everyone seems to be missing the fact that the dog had bitten the man previously. If a dog bites me, and later I encounter that dog again and he is barking at me and acting aggressively, I might well do that dog damage. In fact, that wouldn't happen. If a dog approached me barking and acting aggressively as if it were going to bite me, I would probably stop the dog using what force was available to me. I'm an extreme supporter of animals, but if you care about your animal you don't let it bite people. In this city, a dog that harms a human can be put to sleep. At least that dog is still walking.
