lippy wants a 300k house...i think the key to squatting is not having too much stuff...curious if he ever leaves the house or if they could change the locks on him while he is out and about...

anyone have more information? lots of abandon houses on the market just siting empty

 

Lippy in the video he said he has a website. That he has been in real estate for 12 years. I can't make out the name of his site. Maybe he is sharing what he knows there. They make him out in the news article to be an ignorant squatter who just happened into this house deal, when really he is in the bus. of realestate.

 

That guy is a real estate agent? He could have fool me, I thought he was a straight up homeless chump, lol. I think I've been hanging around with you white folks too much and becoming bias even toward my own ppl, lol
