I'm not a fan of Pac, but I respect him and what he has done. But I'll tell what things annoyed me about Pac.

Pac, was a major shit talker who loved to run his mouth, straight up.

Pac acted out like a like a "another thug", when he shoulda calmed his ass down. Examples: The Hughes Brothers incident, and bragging about it on Yo MTV Raps(dumbass move), fighting with that crip over a fuckin' chain in Vegas. Like Ice T said, he had no business getting into it with some street can when Pac had people to handle that shit for him.

That bullshit where he was on TV with Suge Knight talking about "yeah, Death Row gonna be printin' they own money", while flashing money like any other generic rapper.

The whole Faith Evans thing. Was it really necessary to do bring that up. Pac coulda ben lying, or Faith coulda been lying, but that's just stupid to bring it up in that beef. "Faith, you my girl!!!!" "I fucked yo bitch Biggie!!!!"

Pac acted out way more than many "other thug rappers" have.

Shame Pac couldn't be like BIG at times. Biggie wasn't wild like Pac and didn't show out as much, if at all. While Biggie wasn't taught to sit back and take shit, he was taught not to be combative and talk things out. Pac was the opposite. But I guess you are more hot-headed when you are the son of a Black Panther, but still.

Lyrically, yes, Pac was deep and not "just another thug". But in his actual life.......pretty much acted like an out of control person one man occasions.

That's what my brother says. He says that though, because he feels, "Tupac wasn't shit until Dre started making his beats for him."

Yea.. I know. But I still love him  At least he wasn't afraid to say what was on his mind, though, he could have exercised more control, I know.

Everyone does/says things they aren't proud of. Things in the heat of the moment. Maybe he just wanted to handle his own shit. He had an image (to some) I guess he wanted to uphold. I guess he rathered to be considered "another thug", then someone, most say "represented thug life", who turned out being "phony". What could he do? He kind of dug himself in a hole.

Aw, come on, he finally had money!!! So he got a little bit too excited and carried away and let it go to his head. Who doesn't?

Well, he never claimed to be a perfect gentlemen. Heh.

    True..

I agree he could be hot-headed. I wouldn't know anything about being a son of a Black Panther though. I don't know too much about Biggie though. Never paid much attention to him. I felt like he rapped in the same "voice" all the time. Personally, I can't catch an interest in rappers who do that. I get bored.

True... he could get pretty out of control, heh.

That pretty much sums it up

One thing I don't understand is why 2Pac embraced thuggery. It's like he was faking when he went to Death Row.

Pac died owning nothing and that came from his own mother's mouth. I think Pac was an average mc he had some hits but he was average at best.

Sounds like you're a good fan. I was tired of all the Pac dickriders. It's a great change hearing some acknowledge the fact that Pac wasn't a god.:D

Yes, Pac was a "studio gangster" like most gangsta rappers(thug, or whatever, he rapped about gangsta subjects). I don't know if Pac was trying to claim bloods or not when Suge bailed him out. He got caught up. I just wonder why no rappers in the game ever call him out on it, but won't hesitate to call anyone else out.

    Yeah

When he started out, he was all positive and stuff. Then he hooks up with Suge and he's all waving guns and catching court cases:smt102. He got caught up in that idiotic persona

Maybe some of the other rappers didn't want expose him because they were living a lie as well
