And didn't you just say in the other thread that you're talking to a 22 yr old and realized she isn't intellectually mature enough for you, and you want to up the line to 25 yr olds and above?

 

i don't think trusting someone is dumb, if you're in a relationship and someone says they are on the pill, there is no reason why you would need to question that....and i still do not believe a 16 year old is mature enough to make such radical life decisions as to who she wants to be in a relationship for the rest of her life with.

 

But that's the thing most of you are ignoring. This ain't love this is attention seeking. To the Hollywood crowd marriage is as sacred as Monday night football is to Australians. They could really care less about forever.

 

Let me say first that, I don't agree with a 51 year old dude marrying a 16 year old girl. What I've always not understood is why people are calling him a pedofile. A pedofile - from my understanding - is a person who had a sexual attraction for little kids (pre-puberty).

This girl looks older than 16 and she's not unattractive. If I find her attractive and ,that makes me a pedofile? That's crazy and I don't agree with that at all. I would never mess around with a girl this age but, the way some of these young girls dress, you can't help but notice them.

I'll probably piss some people people off by saying this so, I apologize in advance. I think some older women who accuse a man of being a pedofile for messing with a 15 or 16 year old are just jealous of the young girl.

 

I totally agree with you, there is absolutely nothing wrong with feeling attracted to a 16 year old girl, people who say you are a pedophile for feeling attracted to 16 year old girls are just hypocrites... I disagree that she's attractive though lol

 

Qnet and empy...its a bit more than "being attracted to or finding 16 year old minors attractive"..he went all out and pursued her and married her. When he found out her age, he kept at it. That's not normal behavior for a 51 year old man to behave over a 16 year old.

i don't think he's a pedophile...i just think that he's a dirty old man, and as i've stated previously, if some 51 year old male/female came sniffing round my daughter or son when they are 16 the old pervs would be in for a whole world of trouble. i don't think it is natural for a 51 year old man to be with a 16 year old girl....end of story.

as for the older women being jealous of a 51 year old man messing with a girl of the ages of 15 or 16 is such a reach. there is no jealousy in my body over that, just repulsion that this girl has to grow up so quickly. at 16 your still discovering the world and yourself. you should have a curfew and chores. gossip with your friends about boys & have crushes. dream about your future and what is ahead of you, not be married and have the responsibility that goes along with a marriage.

 

Yeah, that makes sense and, I understand what you're saying. If I had a daughter and someone that old were trying to mess with them, I'd want to kick the crap out of them.
