I think she should be thrown in jail and denied any kind of opportunity for job employment when she's graduated from the University of Texas.

While you're allowed to speak freely, you're never allowed to make threats towards any public officials, especially the US President. That would count at "conspiring to assassinate a political figure."

Thanks for the votes everyone. People should be aware that freedom of speech should be bounded by common sense and rational thinking. People could say what they'd like, they just need to keep that in mind.
