Larry King and Carrie Prejean- Unfair attack simply because she is a Pro-Life Woman

In terms of attacks on women who are pro-life, this goes back to the day Sarah Palin became a vice-presidential candidate and needs to stop!! For the record, her claim to fame was that she was also vocal about being against Gay Marriage. Her opinion, and there's nothing wrong with that.

Liberal attacks on people that think differently is seriously out of control. Please watch the interview and make your own decisions. It's all summed up by Miss Prejean's statement: It's a total double standard. Once they decide they disagree with what you say they (liberals) attack your personal life and you character. It's rediculous beyond belief!! What happened to democracy and the freedom to have your own opinion without having a scarlet letter taped to your forehead!!!

If Larry King and his show agreed not to ask specific questions before the interview and went ahead and asked them anyway, then Larry and his associates are liars and trap artists and lose respect as legitimate journalists. There is no reason to put a person on the spot like that and make them look pompous when it was previously agreed upon that there would be a specific line of questioning that he did not follow. It's unfair AND it points to serious bias within the journalism. Shame on Larry King!

    edit-
Regarding whatever sex tape may exist of her, she was underage at the time and ANY person viewing such material is commiting a felony, plain and simple.

Yeah, you would need to elaborate. how do you figure that?

On my lunch break, CNN ran the headline, "Carrie Prejean throws a tantrum." They did not run any of the actual footage from the interview however. I almost regurgitated my lunch. The misinformation continues...

I watched the interview and I don't feel that he attacked her, though that is how she appears to react. I think possibly she was so concerned with ensuring she didn't breach the confidentiality clause of the settlement, that she overreacted a bit. She could easily have answered his question by simply stating that everything related to the settlement, including the reason she settled, was information she was contractually prohibited from discussing. I think he kept pressing her because she didn't answer, and he thought she didn't understand what he was asking. Essentially they had a major breakdown in communication.

However he did change focus and go to a caller who had a question for her, so in my opinion at that point the issue was resolved and she could have just moved on. The fact that she instead removed her mic is what makes it appear that she 'threw a tantrum'. That doesn't rise to the level of a tantrum in my mind, but it does make her appear immature in my opinion. Given her background, you would think she would be more seasoned in dealing with the media and I think she could have done a much better job of handling the situation.

Ms Prejean acted like a child. She removed the mic as the caller was asking a question and she had not even listened to that question. Mr.King is the Emperor of Butt Kissing and for Prejean to be in a hissy fit made her appear like a hypocrite and not savy to media other than the Fox News Channel. On the late night show Red Eye ole Greg Guttfeld gave her a pass.

I must reiterate the fact reiterated by both parties during the interview. It was PREVIOUSLY AGREED UPON that she would not take callers during the interview. When an agreement is reached between 2 parties, it is to be respected. The party that was in default of the agreement in this situation, was Larry King and his show as an entity. They LIED, plain and simple, and then accused her of throwing a tantrum because they lied to her. This is a FACT!

Larry King claims there were never such an agreement. Its only Prejeans side that claims this.

After what the republicans pulled with the Stupek amendment, pro-choicers can pretty much do anything they want up to and including pissing in the street without being seen as wrong. In fact, I find it smarmy that anyone on the pro-life side would deem to call foul based upon one interview of one bubble-head, when their side just hijacked the bodies of every un-wealthy woman in America, just so they could lash out at health care reform.

I couldn't agree with you more. She acted like an child and needed to learn how to mature herself before she judged on anyone else. She's been bitch ever since we first saw her on TV.

She should be able to speak her mind on what she believes in without having people come down on her because of her beliefs. Faggots like Perez Hilton and the other liberals are what's wrong with this country because they think everyone should think like them.

    A) people should not be able to say whatever the hell they want without people responding. That's not only unamerican, it's idiotic. Everyone has a right to an opinion, and everyone has a right to an opinion about everyone else's opinion. If Carrie Prejean called your mother a whore, you have a right to correct her.

    B) By calling Perez Hilton a "Faggot" you are "coming down on him" for not being "like you."

    C) By saying that liberals are "what's wrong with this country" you are "coming down on them" for not "thinking like you."

So in addition to being a slur-mouthed bigot, you're a hypocritical slur-mouthed bigot.

It's nice that you think everyone should follow a set of rules requiring them to act and talk in accordance with your wishes, but the real world doesn't work like that. Thankfully.
