'Lakeview Terrace' Upcoming IR Thriller

Screen Gems has set Samuel L. Jackson and Kerry Washington to star in "Lakeview Terrace," a thriller that will begin production in May.

An interracial couple moves into a new home, but the dream house turns into a nightmare when they are taunted by their next-door neighbor, a tightly wound, racist LAPD officer.

The bottom line is this: Hollywood is much more comfortable with BW/WM IR than the reverse...even though the reverse is more prevalent. But, that's gonna change.
