I'd say you're wrong. Playmates from the recent previous years have vouched for it. He does sleep with the girls on a scheduled basis. Something like Wed, Fri, and Sat. nights.

Although I don't know this is true from seeing it right before my eyes, the girls' testimonies of the Mansion's behavior seemed very accurate.

As of now, Hef says that he is going to marry his "main" girl Holly. She is now pregnant with his baby and they're keeping it quiet until the news airs on their show 'Girls Next Door'.

So, according to Holly and an interview she had on 'Chelsea Lately', Hef is now monogomous again with only Holly.

 

However, i do know that this girl will marry LaDainian Tomlinson in the blink of an eye. God, she loves that guy that she decorated her space in the Mansion full of Chargers' stuff (with Tomlinson of course).
