At first I couldn't believe stuff like this goes on in the States, then when I thought about it I really wasn't surprised at all.

 

I don't know what this rotenburg center is, but that video was horrible.

Shocked? With electrical implements because he didn't remove his jacket?

Sue the fools for all they are worth. I'm surprised the mom didn't kill anyone. I don't think I could stay straight enough to watch my child be tortured like that. I kill them with my own hands.
I don't think I would really kill them but I'm sure the thought would cross my mind repeatedly.
