This is another case that is similar to the Trayvon Martin, George Zimmerman one. This case is also in Florida. Jacksonville, to be precise. I think Dunn consumed a lot of alcohol with his girlfriend and pulled into a gas station because his car was low on gas. When Dunn got out, he was "irritated" with the rap music coming from Davis's car. They had an argument which turned confrontational. They shot up the SUV, then drove off and called police when they got home. So far, there have been two judges that have resigned themselves from the case. Dunn accused the judges of misconduct. I hope the State of Florida doesn't make a mistake with this case either and lets Dunn go free and another young, black male like myself is lost. This may very well make national coverage by August or September of this year.

I spy with my little eye...
Lots and lots of riots come the end of this trial.

A very many people are going to take to the streets and set a many things on fire.

You know how shampoo bottles always say wash, rinse, and repeat?

Florida trials of white men killing young black men for no reason at all should have that very saying as a motto.

Another example of how having the streets literally awash in guns does nothing to reduce gun violence.

There is another case making it to the court where a73 yo white dude shot a13 yo black neighbor kid for an alleged burglary.

    Whatever.
Michael Dunn's attorneys will argue in court their client feared for his life from the scary Black young man and that's that.

    Justifiable homicide.

When in doubt, shoot to make sure.:smt067

Why are multiple judges recusing themselves from this case?? I don't get it.

This case isn't going to get nearly the amount of publicity that the Trayvon case got. No way does it have the impact...

No way is there any doubt that he flat out shot this kid in cold blood! No bloody nose and head pics, no help screams to dilute the story - this killer just lost his effing temper. He's no different than a road-rager who shoots. He WILL be convicted.

And the judges are stepping down because the first one I read had lost control of her court room, and her replacement was "denying Dunn his Fair Rights to a trial", so she stepped.

The most important part is that there are witnesses from start to finish. That is why zimmerman got away with it.

That's how you see this case Bliss. But I wonder if the jury selected will feel the same way.

Doesn't take that much from what I've seen to demonize a young Black man in the state of Florida.

If the defendant can convince a jury he feared for his life and introduce reasonable doubt that this was a road rage incident, I see Micheal Dunn walking.

Any state that gets Casey Anthony off, an admitted pathological liar, can get off a man who guns down a young BM in broad daylight.

SYG gives anyone the right to shoot to kill if they 'fear for their life'. That fear doesn't have to be justified, just argued.

If this kid told Dunn 'I should shoot your ass', 'I'm gonna kill you', etc., then he wins his case.

Apparently the mere presence of a BM is enough for many Florida jurors to believe they could die at any moment.:smt026

This is the reason why SYG laws are so fucked up.

No one should have Death coming to them, unless they were threatening Death to someone else.

Well technically he's having MY babies. Not the other way around
I give him an A for form, and A for attempting such a difficult move, and a B for flair (they sorta look like they are bored. No wild and hawt sex there. I see not one crop in that picture)

I do, however, give him a B- for picking a woman who looks nothing like me body wise.
