Jamal Trulove: actor framed by cops and wrongfully convicted by Kamala Harris subordinates.

• He was framed by SFPD cops for murder when Kamala Harris was DA of San Francisco.
• The ADA who prosecuted the case knew that the evidence was bogus, yet took the case to trial anyway.
• Kamala Harris used his conviction to grandstand in the media and promote herself. She even thanked that bogus witness that was invented by the cops during a press conference after his trial ended.
• Kamala Harris fought to keep him locked up when his appeals were moving through the court system after she became attorney general of California.
• Fuck Kamala Harris.

 

NY Times did a scathing report on her record about six to eight months ago. I could forgive perhaps being so zealous that you prosecuted an innocent man by mistake. What I can't forgive are the two of three times her office were aware something was amiss and not only went forward but failed to apologize years later. Can't support her in the primary but would have to if she went toe-to-toe with the orange man.

By the way Truelove was great in the "Last Black Man in San Francisco".
