I made a conscious decision never to see a movie with Jaden Smith in it

 

Why?

 

He's annoying. I saw him in "Day The Earth Stood Still" remake and wanted to slap him. Hollywood is all nepotism but he is especially obnoxious. Not feeling the gender-bending bs either. Won't support with my time & money

 

I didn't see that movie but I think hes a good actor from the movies I've seen him in,a better actor than his father imo.As I said in a previous post I find him pretty damn weird in real life.

 

I saw The Day The Earth Stood Still remake. Keanu Reeves was the main reason I saw it. He played Klaatu well. Jennifer Connelly seemed a little flat in her role as Jaden's stepmother. Jaden was just playing a kid who idolized his dead father and blamed Connelly for the breakup of his birth parents.

 

I'm the same way about Will Smith.

Annoying ass dude.

 

I know its blasphemous to some, but the "Karate Kid" remake was halfway decent (better than the original) simply because of the supporting cast and the training sequences were simply better - as it felt like those that come from a Lau Kar Leung film. Plus Jackie Chan gave a great dramatic performance. Other than that I don't fuck with the Smiths, period.
