Today is the day I was born!

Just thought it appropriate to strip down and feel the breeze on my skin and even though men in my life are acting like shits...I am still (relatively) sane, still beautiful, vibrant, healthy, and free!

Thank you all for the birthday wishes... this has been the best, most restful week - I wish I could be on vacation indefinitely... there are SO MANY things I need to do! (Most of which are art-related)...

Getting my place cleaned up...Productive vacation day! Dumped off loads of unneeded clothes at consignment/goodwill, then took myself out for lunch and a mid-afternoon matinee. Saw "Beasts of the Southern Wild"...

This was a wonderful movie - definitely one I will have to watch again... mystical, thought-provoking, with the most beautiful child protagonist... seen from the a perspective of a six-year-old girl, but I did not find this to be a children's movie at all. My favorite kind of movie, with elements of magical realism and fantasy strewn throughout, with a larger message that takes a while (and possible several viewings) to sink in... Then I went home and took a nap! Beautiful day all to myself doing exactly what I want to do...
