    No offense but she's technically in white face in the first picture as well. I hope you don't think that's her natural skin color.

    And as to the OP, honestly if that govt. really wanted to be racist he could have done far better (worse?). Seems like he was just playing a joke, a joke in bad taste, but a joke none the less.
