Apparently not the first time he's been suspected of or accused of shooting people, either... http://gma.yahoo.com/aaron-hernande...ce-charge-121448333--abc-news-topstories.html (I think Teebow might want to study up on this soon-to-be-vacant position).
I've been reading about this! It'll be incredibly interesting to see how it unfolds. I really enjoy him as an athlete, so I'm disappointed to hear about his behavior with the surveillance and cell phone. I wonder if he's covering his actions or someone else's. Either way, he put his career potentially on the line...an incredibly idiotic move.
Yeah, Aaron's in serious trouble. Any time the FEDS show up at your door, you can bet they're not bringing you no damn Xmas cookies......lol. As a Ravens fan, I feel for Aaron (as an individual), but for the Pats (as a team)? I'm lovin' this...
Aaron Hernandez arrested and released from the Patriots http://espn.go.com/boston/nfl/story/_/id/9424056/aaron-hernandez-new-england-patriots-arrested
The guy is guilty of at least something. I'm glad he was released from the Patriots. Now it's looking pretty smart of them to pick up Tebow. Will we be seeing Tebow in the TE position come August??
Yeah, makes you wonder if they had a heads up on Hernandez before the public did. Not something you'd shout to the world if so. If he's slotted in, his pickup would bode to being calculated more than co-incidental.
I'm sure they had some inkling.... It is pretty prophetic though that Tebow was picked up by them. Do you think the guy from FL who claims that Hernandez shot him in the face is lying to get attention? It just boggles the mind that the guy wouldn't cooperate with authorities at the time he was shot and lost his eye.
Agreed. Such a promising young career, gone...and for what? Probably some drunken mistake that he'll never be able to undo. So sad for all involved. I'll be interested to see what the charges are...
Pure speculative theory here on IF Hernandez and not some lone gunman, shot his friend's arm/eye... Since it appeared to be an accident and not intended harm towards the FL guy, Hernandez might have begged and promised to take care of him if he didn't tell on him. That if he did tell, he could go to jail or lose his NFL career and he could not help him out financially then. Maybe Hernandez didn't come through on his promise, prompting the lawsuit, or his friend realized he erred to protect him.
He's officially been charged with murder amongst other charges. He had $40 million reasons to never kill anyone. What a complete and utter moron. These athletes need to learn right from wrong apparently. Prayers going to the victim's family...
At the time which he has got great opportunity (40 Million) to make something out of his life, he is now a wanted felon. The thought process that goes into that is one that’s hard to process Neighborhood activist have always told us folks turn into crime due to poverty, lack of opportunity and all other staff……. there are millions of ppl in this country who are poor, millions who are out of work for some time, but you don’t see them robbing or killing….. Crime is a choice, it is only rarely a choice made out of necessity, and there are lot of other factors that come to play in it. In some cases it can happen to the ppl who are raised in best of homes, usually it isn’t …… but I tell you something that is always present, there is always at least one person involved in any of this douchery of these things who is the scum of the earth and takes ppl the same path that he or she is on……….
How hard must it be that the dead man's girlfriend is sisters with his alleged killer's fiancee. Tough situation.
