I am not religious, but I totally get what everyone is saying because it is SO totally me. I am a strong, independent woman who is sassy and confident. I have a degree, I work three jobs to support myself, and I don't take shit from anyone. But when I am in a real relationship, I honestly believe that it is my role to be submissive to my man.

Like the article said, I 100% expect my man to consult me and listen to what I have to say, but I will respect his decision and bust my petit little ass to make it work. I want a man who takes responsibility and makes the hard decisions for us. That is part of being a man, and I have to respect him and that.

A big reason why there are so few real men is because there are so few real women. He is the man, he goes out and “slays the dragons.” When he gets home, he doesn’t wanna play maid and clean the apartment or worry about if he burned the casserole. He also doesn’t want to hear me bitch about my day when his was just as bad. He wants a nice meal, a beer, and someone to listen to him and offer some compassion and love.

That’s where men show their tender side, when their girl is taking care of them. If that means coming off a day at the office and then a waitressing shift and still putting together a quick dinner and giving my man a warm smile and beer when he walks in the door, so be it. If I’m with a man I love I want to do all of this for him and much more. It isn’t a chore.

And when a real man feels loved and supported and taken care of, he will give his girl the world. He will be a better man out there at work and at home. He will be interested in his girl and want to know more about her and her day. He will come home looking for a lil something something every night because he wants to be with his girl and no one else.

When it comes to the bedroom, I can take control and ravish my man, but only when he wants me to. I love sex, so frequency isn’t an issue. But even when I am not in the mood I wouldn’t say no to my man without a really good reason because if he isn’t getting it at home he might start looking for it somewhere else. It is my job make him cum as much as it is his job to make me cum. Yea, he can use his hand and I can use the showerhead, but that just diminishes the act.

Call me a relic, but divorce rates were never this high when women took care of their men like real ladies.
