Been a long time coming. Problem is that it just doesn't mesh well with 45's other decisions. You have to support other decisions he made for this to make sense and it just doesn't add up that way.

You can easily flip the script and say that the US "sponsors terrorism worldwide" too.

The US has been overthrowing democratically elected governments and using military assets to extrajudicially murder people in different countries without formal declarations of war for the past two centuries.

This is not going to end well.

I hope this doesn't escalate. Donny has no idea what he's done.

The dumbest president ever hands down. Completely ridiculous.

Iraqi parliament calls on government to expel U.S. troops

      • Mahdi noted that he had personally worked to defuse the protests outside the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad earlier in the week, going so far as to threaten to step down if the militia behind the protests did not disperse.
      • President Trump thanked him for that effort, he said, at the same time he was planning an attack inside Iraq without permission.
      • Mahdi also revealed that Soleimani was in Baghdad at the time of his killing to meet with him and relay Iran's response to a Saudi request for dialogue.
