That's a gem right there. Is Jeffery Osborne still performing? It's been a while since I heard anything from him.
I know, I've been bad about not posting as often (been going through some things), but I'm here today... Yeah... http://www.jeffreyosborne.com/tour_dates.html
That was awful. The thing about the Jacksons is that after Micheal and Janet, the talent level got no higher than what you'd find at your local karaoke bar. Pia Zadora? Christ.
Not diggin the '80s cheesiness Saty? I remember this playing on one of the first network video shows (Friday Night Videos?) late at night. I can't remember if this was before MTV or right around the time that network was coming out.
Friday Night Videos and NY Hot Tracks with Carlos DeJesus were the pioneering video shows back then. To actually be able to watch a music video on t.v. was a big deal in those days. I remember seeing Phil Collins for the first time in the "Against All Odds" music video. I'd heard him on the radio, but had no idea what he looked like (I wasn't aware of Genesis at the time.) He went on to became one of my favorite artists. This was also around the time when hollywood started to interlace shots from movies into the music videos to help with promotion. Sometimes the star of the movie would come onto the show as a guest to introduce the music video.
Absolutely. Both kinds, the band and the other one by Sega. Yes, the olden days. Back when sagging pants got you laughed at. And your parents could put $5 dollars in the tank and drive all day.
