The article itself is written by a Russian woman who looks back on her very chaotic life - first a chaotic love life in Russia, then a chaotic search for an American, all in the midst of depression and living on her mother's pension the whole time. She is now married to her second husband, an older American (there doesn't seem to be any love flames there on either side) and is planning to divorce him and marry her new soul mate. ("At least one of my marriages should be for love!")

....privet.. :wink: im a black guy from england,im also ex british forces iv been to loads of countrys around the world and experienced all diffrent cultures along the way .i think alot of eastern european women are charming styish and sexy and fit. you cant move with out bumping into eastern europeans in london, there's loads... i go to the gym and train with a russian and a latvian girl. i like the way they look, and their attitude. they have really opened my eyes ... i know americans dont travel much...try to see the world then make an opion.. il write more whgen i got more time ........poka :wink:

 

I was in the Army so I traveled alto myself. But I know enough about some of these eastern block countries to know that your ass Will get served if you get caught in the wrong place.

I think that the military bases in Germany and Australia might play a big role in the womens' interest in black men. There probably aren't many (if any) bases in Russia. I think it's great that these women are first exposed to military men, I've had friends who were exchange students tell me that in some places the only exposure that they get of black Americans is through the media (MTV, BET), which is NOT how the average African American carries him/herself.
