That sounds like thrush. Oddly, there have been cases of thrush from bad vag, which is extremely awesome, IMHO. (Not if I get it, but vag is typically not in my diet, so I'm safe.)

You may actually know the word I'm referring since you speak German and I can't think of it, but there's a word that essentially means "person I am with today/until certain better comes along." It is a fantastic, funny, and useful word.
