Inspirational white women

I'm so tired of the trend around here - a lot the threads about white people are about the few who are racist. I'm not really sure why all the racist threads are being posted anyway, seems like something more fitting for some anti white/5%er site or something. I mean, you don't see threads about things like this being posted, because they're more fitting for racist site, really.

I thought I'd switch it up and have a positive thread about white women.

My favourite inspirational white women at the moment is Joanna Lumley and what she's done for the Ghurkha veterans in the UK.

Feel free to add some women you look up to.

I don't necessarily see any problem with the threads around here - well, not in the context you're talking about. But, I enjoy inspirational people regardless. One of my favourites is Helen Keller.

Outstanding. There is a story I will try to find about a group of white women who dared to go into central Africa, I believe it was Zaire or the Congo and in a war zone to bring out some black african children in an orphanage. The story did not get much coverage. They saved those childrens lives.
