That's the problem. They're nowhere to be found (especially the fathers), which is a common trend in the black community sadly.

I'm a no nonsense kind of person and when I see this kind of behavior you can tell these folks lack self control, discipline and respect for themselves much less anyone else and they are deprived of core social values in their life.
