Information and Cyber Warfare

Are we seeing with WiKi Leak's retailiation at the U.S. government and now against MasterCard, Visa and Sara Palin the beginnings of a new kind of warfare in using information as a weapon, using the Internet as a means to use an army of hackers to take down opponents, and proving that not even governments can protect it's secrets. Next step, take down an entire electrical grid infrastructure of a nation to prove it can be done.

 

Perhaps the government need to take control of the Internet after all.
