    Is this only in Cali, or are there any other places that have crappy assed laws like this?*





    *eta: I mean, I know there are lots of crappy assed laws, I mean laws like Special order 40 specifically.

    Special order 40 is called 'sanctuary cities' and 'catch and release' outside of Cali.


    Seeing communities transformed so fast is surreal.
