I'm Thinking of...

    I appreciate your opinion Shion, I truly do, but Wicca is not the Mormon, Catholic nor any other church. There is absolutely no recruitment by true Wiccans. There is no "Watchtower", no bible, and a Book of Shadows may or may not be used by a group of like minded individuals.

    Women and men that want to be initiated must prove over a very long time that they are dedicated to the beliefs, that they support the coven if that exists and must generally have ingratiated themselves with the group. There is absolutely no coercion and most definitely no recruitment.

    Wicca or even simply true Pagan beliefs have nothing to do with recruiting followers. It's an incredibly individual practice.

    Some groups, especially in the US have become big enough that they wish to have tax exemption and other benefits of a church but yet they do not recruit followers. It's a unique belief system.

    I was being sarcastic..besides..Britt was egging me on in chat..Athena , you pretty much repeated everthing I parodied...every group says they're different....to be a member , you have to prove yourself ....what can you bring to the organization...same shit, different toilet.

    Dancing naked under a full moon is fun. Everyone should try it.......Dancing naked means perspiration and sweat...like a open door concert....mosquitoes and shit:smt118
