I'm looking for a Mentor

I'm hoping to find an AMCT mentor. I've looked into a local group that is specifically for Mac Nuts and tried to join, but they seem to be experiencing technical difficulties and I can't get onto their email list.

I sat for my exams a little while ago and passed the hardware exam but didn't pass the troubleshooting exam. This seems to have put me deeper in a hole because now I'm going back to restudy and am completely lost as to what I actually need to know to pass.

If anyone has experience troubleshooting Mac OS, I would be:smt001 eternally grateful if I could shoot a question your way when I come across something that leaves me hanging.

I might be able to help you. I know a bit about mac from cross-platform mac-pc installations and the like.
