Seems to me she loves her less:

And maybe idk all about "white privilege" but I sure don't think a child must be made to pay just for being born more "privileged" then others.
And kids do feel when a parent has a preference for one of them.

Well first - I'm not going to bank anything on what some magazine reports. Things are taken out of context and twisted in all sorts of ways. At that point she had been with the other children longer.

Look I can just tell you this. I felt different about my adopted child at first and there are moments when I still have this pull about her. She was born to a woman who did not want her, who was in a very bad way. I'm not going to go into all the details - it's private to her. Just as I would think that AJ is not going to be giving all the details about her children and their backgrounds. Some children are born into conditions that NO child should be born into. Some people do everything possible to bring those children out of those conditions and to hopefully give them the love and life that ALL children should be entitled to.

I think it's very easy to sit in judgement of someone from a brief article when no one really knows a thing about their lives. It's easy to sit in judgement of parents when one is not a parent. It's easy to sit in judgement of adoptive parents when you haven't adopted...or in parents of more than one child when you have one.

To say that she felt a stronger bond with the children because of their circumstances and all...does not mean she loves her bio child less.

Geeze I tell you - I'm glad I don't have to defend every single thing I've ever said as a parent. Because I can tell you that there have been times that EVERY parent I've ever known has said things that others could easily condemn.

Yes K, we have had these talks in the past, and I do actually come down on the side of your POV, and agree with most everything you said in your previous post, that is not what I'm talking about though.

I feel, as long as AJ doesn't willingly express favortism for one child, over the other, then all's good. But if she is treating the black one better simply because she's black, then there's a problem.

Because in one of your other posts, you gave an apology relating to something that could possibly have been taken as offensive, and I believe your apology was not necessary. Why be an apologist? Or kiss ass!

I wrote what I wrote, because it is somewhat related to this thread, in terms of, AJ's treatment of her children(s) which is seemingly reduced to preferential treatment, based on race, it's controversial, but more importantly, it's my belief, and I won't apologize for saying it.

Ok I get it - thanks for clarifying that for me. I agree with that completely. I don't understand any parent that expresses preference for one child over another though.

Ok,i get it,I wasn't sure what you're reasons where when you posted, some here said you were just jocking but I see you really mean it.
Sometimes i dont even know what is appropriate to say and what's not, that's cause there was a time when I didn't give a damn about what others thought, always put my ideas first and other's feelings second and ended up hurting many ppl around me and losing many friends.
There are times when I'm talking about things that seem natural to me and others are feeling unconfortable and tell me later I don't even realize how offensive I was.

Well I don't think you were offensive, you were stating a view, an opinion and we are all entitled to our own opinion, without being accused of being racist site subscribers or anything else.

Quite a few of us felt uncomfortable with Angelina Jolie's statements, others felt there was nothing wrong with it and defended it, thats there perogative as it was ours.;)

Chill Police, I like you. :smt006

Well some said that but it's ok.I also received some negative feed-back on a comment I've made about someth Saty posted in the "Mandinogo partyes" tread but I just thought he was being hilarious like he usually is.The thing is no one found his post offensive, but me saying his post was funny was considered innapropriate.
